1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Riwari Handicrafts ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Riwari Handicrafts regarding your use of our website, mobile applications, online platforms, courses, test series, mentorship programs, study materials, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Riwari Handicrafts is an educational technology platform headquartered in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India, with additional operations in Delhi and Patna. We provide online and offline coaching, study materials, test series, and mentorship programs primarily for Mathematics Optional preparation for UPSC Civil Services Examination, BPSC State Services Examination, CSIR NET, GATE, and other competitive examinations.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our Services, including but not limited to students, parents, guardians, faculty members, mentors, content contributors, and any other individuals or entities accessing or using our Services. By creating an account, making a purchase, accessing any course content, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, company, or educational institution, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. In such case, references to "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Capacity

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for the acts and omissions of minors under their care who use our Services.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, including purchasing courses, accessing study materials, participating in test series, and receiving mentorship, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Riwari Handicrafts shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You may not share your account credentials with any third party. Any unauthorized sharing of account access may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2.4 Accurate Information

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Riwari Handicrafts relies on the accuracy of this information to provide you with our Services, deliver study materials, communicate important updates, and process transactions. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2.5 Multiple Accounts

Users are permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing course access restrictions, availing multiple free trials, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban from our Services without refund.

3. Courses, Products, and Services

3.1 Course Offerings

Riwari Handicrafts offers various educational products and services, including but not limited to: live online classes, recorded video lectures, printed study materials, downloadable PDF notes, test series (chapter-wise and full syllabus), mentorship programs, doubt clearing sessions, answer writing evaluation, and one-on-one guidance sessions. Our course offerings, including their duration, curriculum, pricing, and availability, are subject to change at our sole discretion.

3.2 Course Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all course descriptions, syllabi, features, and other information on our website are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that course descriptions, pricing, or other content available through our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice.

3.3 Course Access and Duration

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the specific course or service you have purchased. Access duration varies by course:

• UPSC Mathematics Optional courses: Access is provided until the date of the UPSC Civil Services Examination for which you have enrolled (2026 or 2027 batches).
• BPSC Mathematics Optional courses: Access is provided until the date of the BPSC examination for which you have enrolled.
• Foundation courses: Access is provided for the specified duration mentioned at the time of purchase, typically 8-12 months.
• Test series: Access is provided for the specific test series period, typically 4-6 months from the date of purchase.
• Mentorship programs: Access is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Course access is non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals. Recorded lectures and study materials remain accessible throughout your valid course access period. After the expiration of your course access period, you will no longer have access to the course content, including recorded lectures and materials, unless you renew your enrollment.

3.4 Course Delivery

Live online classes are conducted through our proprietary learning management system (LMS) accessible via web browser and mobile application. Scheduled class timings are provided at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Recordings of live classes are typically uploaded within 24 hours of the live session and remain available throughout your course access period.

3.5 Study Material Delivery

Printed study materials, where included in your course enrollment, are delivered to the shipping address provided during registration. We strive to deliver materials within 7-10 business days within India. Riwari Handicrafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by you. International shipping is currently not available for printed materials.

3.6 Test Series and Evaluations

Our test series include chapter-wise tests and full-length mock tests. Tests are conducted online through our platform. Answer copies are evaluated by our expert faculty, and detailed feedback is provided within 5-7 business days of submission. Evaluation feedback includes score, rank (where applicable), and personalized comments on areas of improvement.

3.7 Mentorship Programs

Our mentorship programs include one-on-one sessions with subject matter experts and rank holders. Mentorship sessions are conducted via video call and must be scheduled in advance. The number of sessions included depends on the specific mentorship package purchased. Unused sessions do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles or courses.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices for courses, products, and services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect enrollments already completed; you will not be charged the new price for any course you have already purchased.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• Debit cards (all major Indian banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI applications)
• Net banking (all major Indian banks)
• EMI options through select partner banks (subject to eligibility)
• Demand draft (payable at our Bhagalpur or Patna centers)

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

4.3 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, invoice, and instructions for accessing your course. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours.

4.4 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where your payment method has been charged but you have not received confirmation of enrollment, please contact our support team at support@rewarihandicrafts.com with your transaction details. We will investigate and either complete your enrollment or initiate a refund within 5-7 business days.

4.5 Discounts and Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, or special offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one promotional code may be used per transaction
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers
• Promotional codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered
• Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a promotional code was applied in error or through fraudulent means

4.6 Scholarships

 Rewari Handicrafts offers merit-cum-means scholarships to deserving candidates. Scholarship applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Scholarship decisions are final and binding. Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any misrepresentation of information in scholarship applications may result in immediate termination of course access and legal action.

4.7 EMIs and Installments

Where EMI options are available, they are provided through third-party financial partners. Your EMI agreement is a separate contract between you and the financial institution.  Rewari Handicrafts is not responsible for the terms, interest rates, or any charges levied by these financial institutions. Default on EMI payments may result in suspension of course access until the outstanding amount is cleared.

4.8 Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. These processors have their own terms of service and privacy policies. By making a payment through our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.  Rewari Handicrafts is not responsible for any issues, errors, or losses arising from your use of third-party payment processors.

5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Chargebacks

5.1 Cancellation by User

You may cancel your enrollment in any course within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. To request cancellation, please email our support team at support@@rewarihandicrafts.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests received after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund, except as provided in our refund policy below.

5.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your course within the first 7 days of enrollment and have accessed less than 10% of the course content, we offer a full refund. No questions asked.
• Pro-rata Refunds: For refund requests received between 8-30 days of enrollment, we offer a pro-rata refund based on the percentage of course content accessed. A processing fee of 10% of the course fee or ₹500, whichever is higher, will be deducted.
• No Refunds: No refunds will be provided after 30 days of enrollment, regardless of the amount of course content accessed.
• Test Series: Refunds for test series are available only within 7 days of purchase and before attempting any test. No refunds will be provided after any test has been attempted.
• Mentorship Programs: Refunds for mentorship programs are available only within 7 days of purchase and before scheduling any mentorship session. No refunds will be provided after a mentorship session has been conducted.
• Printed Study Materials: If printed study materials have been shipped, the cost of the materials (as specified in the course breakdown) and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs for study materials are borne by the user.

5.3 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The time taken for the refund amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
• UPI: 3-5 business days
• Net banking: 5-7 business days
• EMI: Refund processing may take up to 15 business days as per the terms of the financing partner

5.4 Refund Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
• Downloaded study materials (PDFs, e-books, etc.)
• Completed test series (where 50% or more tests have been attempted)
• Donations or contributions to scholarship funds
• Courses where the user has been terminated for violation of these Terms

5.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend your access to all courses and Services
• Terminate your account permanently
• Pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount plus all associated fees and penalties
• Report the chargeback to credit bureaus and fraud prevention services

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@@rewarihandicrafts.com before initiating any chargeback. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns amicably.

5.6 Cancellation by  Rewari Handicrafts

We reserve the right to cancel any course, reschedule classes, or modify course content at our sole discretion. In the unlikely event that we cancel a course you have enrolled in, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another course of equivalent value. Our liability in such cases is limited to the amount you paid for the cancelled course.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content and materials available through our Services, including but not limited to video lectures, recorded sessions, study notes, PDF documents, presentations, test papers, solutions, answer keys, graphics, logos, trademarks, course structures, curriculum designs, software, mobile applications, website design, and any other intellectual property (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of Riwari Handicrafts, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Riwari Handicrafts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license is strictly limited to your individual use and does not permit you to:

• Share, distribute, or transfer your account access or course credentials to any other person
• Copy, reproduce, record, or store any Content in any form or medium
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software or platform
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the Content for any competitive analysis or to build a competing product or service

6.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting any feedback, suggestions, comments, questions, or other content (collectively, "User Content") to Riwari Handicrafts, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6.4 Copyright Infringement

Riwari Handicrafts respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any Content available through our Services infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

6.5 Trademarks

The Riwari Handicrafts name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Riwari Handicrafts or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on our Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use our Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Riwari Handicrafts, an Riwari Handicraftsemployee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Services
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our Services or interfere with any other party's use of our Services
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our Services, the server on which our Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our Services
• To attack our Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• To otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Services

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and, where applicable, legal action:

• Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with any other person, allowing others to access your account, or using another person's account.
• Content Piracy: Downloading, recording, screen-capturing, or otherwise copying or distributing our video lectures, study materials, test papers, or any other Content without explicit written permission.
• Unauthorized Distribution: Uploading our Content to any public or private platform, including but not limited to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, websites, cloud storage, or any other digital medium.
• Commercial Exploitation: Selling, reselling, or commercially exploiting any of our Content or Services.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing any Riwari Handicrafts employee, faculty member, mentor, or fellow student.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be an Riwari Handicrafts representative, faculty member, or employee.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited communications through our platform or using our Services to collect user information for spamming purposes.
• Cheating: Engaging in any form of academic dishonesty, including but not limited to impersonation during tests, sharing test answers, or using unauthorized assistance during examinations.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration, scholarship applications, or any other interaction with Riwari Handicrafts.
• Circumventing Access Controls: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to bypass geographical restrictions or access controls.

7.3 Consequences of Violations

Violation of any prohibited activities or acceptable use policies may result in, at our sole discretion:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice
• Forfeiture of all fees paid, with no refund
• Permanent ban from all Riwari Handicrafts Services
• Legal action to recover damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, legal fees, and statutory damages under applicable laws
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities

We reserve the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or through our Services.

7.4 Monitoring and Enforcement

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all use of our Services for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action. We may disclose your identity and other information to law enforcement or other government officials if requested to do so, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

8.1 Third-Party Websites

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Riwari Handicrafts. These links are provided solely for your convenience. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Riwari Handicrafts shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.

8.2 Third-Party Payment Processors

As noted in Section 4.8, we use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. These processors have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Riwari Handicrafts does not control and is not responsible for the actions of these third-party processors. We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party payment processor before completing a transaction.

8.3 YouTube and Social Media Platforms

Our Services may integrate with or link to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Riwari Handicrafts is not responsible for any content, practices, or policies of these platforms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

By creating an account and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Riwari Handicrafts via email, SMS, phone calls, and notifications through our platform. These communications may include but are not limited to:

• Transactional communications related to your account, purchases, and course access
• Administrative communications about updates to these Terms or our policies
• Educational communications about new courses, features, or services
• Promotional communications about discounts, offers, and events

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication or by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings. However, you cannot opt out of receiving important transactional and administrative communications related to your account and course access.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Riwari Handicrafts, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS
• YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN OUR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED
• OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY COURSES, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Riwari Handicrafts OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL PASS ANY EXAMINATION OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR ACADEMIC RESULT BY USING OUR SERVICES. YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING YOUR OWN EFFORT, DEDICATION, AND PREPARATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Riwari Handicrafts, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
• DAMAGES RELATING TO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
• DAMAGES RELATING TO STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• DAMAGES RELATING TO ANY OTHER MATTER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT Riwari Handicrafts HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Riwari Handicrafts's TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Riwari Handicrafts FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE THOUSAND RUPEES (₹1,000).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Riwari Handicrafts, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use of and access to our Services
• Your violation of any term or condition of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or privacy right
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
• Your fraudulent or intentionally wrongful acts or omissions

This indemnification obligation shall survive these Terms and your use of our Services. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without our prior written consent.

13. Termination and Suspension

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@@rewarihandicrafts.com. Upon termination, you will lose access to all courses, materials, and Services associated with your account. No refunds will be provided for terminations initiated by you, except as provided in our Refund Policy in Section 5.

13.2 Termination or Suspension by Riwari Handicrafts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination or suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in any prohibited activities as described in Section 7
• Request by law enforcement or other government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent, harassing, or abusive behavior

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your account. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim or initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@@rewarihandicrafts.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute internally as quickly as possible. The parties shall use their best efforts to settle any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement directly through good-faith negotiations, which shall be a precondition to either party initiating a lawsuit or arbitration.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to the informal dispute resolution provisions above, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Maharashtra, India. You waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, or forum non conveniens.

14.4 Time Limit for Claims

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

14.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class action against Riwari Handicrafts.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Riwari Handicrafts regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.

15.2 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Any failure of Riwari Handicrafts to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without such consent shall be void. Riwari Handicrafts may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

15.5 Notices

Any notices or other communications provided by Riwari Handicrafts under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given by posting to our Services and/or via email to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and to check our Services regularly for notices.

15.6 Force Majeure

Riwari Handicrafts shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure, or government orders or restrictions.

15.7 Relationship of Parties

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Riwari Handicrafts. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, including without limitation any goods and services tax, value-added tax, or other applicable taxes.

The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
