Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Item must be returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase or order ID is required
Items damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return
Once your return is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or made-to-order products
Used or damaged items after delivery
Products without original packaging
Clearance / sale items (unless damaged)
Gift cards or promotional items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos / videos of the product
Our team will verify and approve replacement/refund
After approval, we will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
You will be notified about refund approval
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund will be credited to original payment method
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / UPI
